Ozan Winery started in 2001 and has grown to include more vineyards, a tasting room, a distillery, and a cafe. When you visit, you’ll see lots of friendly folks enjoying wine, cheese, and maybe even a cocktail or two. You can just hang out and taste the delicious wine and spirits, or if you’re into wine and cheese pairings, they’ve got you covered.

And if you’re planning a big event like a wedding, Ozan can even be booked for that too.
Cat-N-Bird Winery
Cat-N-Bird Winery doesn’t have its own vineyard, but that’s actually a good thing because it means they can import grapes and juice from vineyards all over the world. That way, they have an amazing selection of international wines, from Italian Amarone to Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. Sorry, though – no Muscadine here.
If you want to get to know their wines, the process, and the people who make it all happen, we highly recommend stopping by for a tasting and maybe even trying one of their cheese pairings.
Oh, and if you’re looking for a great place to host an event like a shower, wedding, or party, the event space is perfect for that too!
Morgan Creek Vineyards and Winery
Morgan Creek Vineyards and Winery has been around for a while now. In 2001, they produced around 600 cases of wine, but by 2007 they were making 15,000 cases, which they sold in 400 stores all over Alabama, including big grocery chains and wine shops.
They’ve definitely found a unique niche in the wine market. They specialize in muscadine and fruit wines that are semi-sweet to sweetish. You won’t find a Chardonnay or Pinot Noir here. Instead, you will find something that is really local to the area.
