Alabaster CityFest

Alabaster CityFest is an annual event that takes place on the first Saturday of June. It’s organized by members of the Alabaster Arts Council and numerous volunteers. This all-day music festival is open to the public and attracts tens of thousands of visitors from Alabaster, Pelham, Helena, the Greater Birmingham Alabama area, and nearby regions in the Southeast.

The festival offers free outdoor concerts featuring well-known music artists from various genres. In addition to the music, there are various family-friendly activities, including vendors selling arts, crafts, food, and services. The event also features the Cruise-In Car Show and KidsFest, providing entertainment for children throughout the day.

Buck Creek Festival – Helena

The Buck Creek Festival is an annual event at Helena Amphitheater Park held on the second weekend of May. The festival takes place right on the banks of Buck Creek, tucked into some scenic Shelby County woods where artists, craftsmen, and performers showcase their talents. Head to the festival to enjoy great food, music, and atmosphere for children and adults of all ages. 

Palooza In The Park – Pelham

Palooza in the Park is a free event hosted by the city of Pelham. In May of each year, artisans from across the region come together for a weekend of fun, food, music, and so much more. Tinglewood Festival

The Tinglewood Festival is an eagerly anticipated annual event that takes place at Orr Park, and the best part? It’s completely free! Held on the Saturday following Labor Day, this festival has become a beloved tradition in the City of Montevallo. Organized by a collaboration of the Montevallo Chamber of Commerce, Montevallo Main Street, and the Montevallo Arts Collaborative, the Tinglewood Festival is a signature celebration that brings the community together. Mt Laurel Fall Festival 

Celebrate the best of fall in the beautiful Town of Mt Laurel in October. The Mt Laurel Fall Festival offers a vibrant street fair, delicious food from local food trucks, and a relaxing day in one of Birmingham’s top neighborhoods.
