In this race, runners must showcase their bargain-hunting skills. Apart from their socks and shoes, they must assemble their entire race kit, including clothing, nutrition, and gear, from a local thrift store. The total cost of these items cannot exceed $20. Get creative with your choices and think outside the box.

The Guinness Beer Chili Cook Off, which supports the Wings Of Hope Pediatric Foundation, is returning! - Tickets are $10, and kids 12 and under can enter for free. - All ticket sales proceeds will be donated directly to Wings Of Hope. - Cooking starts at 11 AM. - The public tasting begins at 3 PM. Gear up for an unforgettable experience as we invite you to join our 2024 Winter Ride, embracing the crisp, cold air and the magic of the night sky. We’ve been hosting glow rides since 2016, but this will be our only winter ride until next winter, so don’t miss it! Join us for a leisurely night ride around Montevallo. Our journey takes us through the town and off the main roads (no one is left behind). The sun will set while we ride - so decorate your bike with light! We will end with socializing. Take a historic train ride from the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum Depot to Ozan Winery & Distillery. At the vineyard, enjoy Yella Hound Spirits by the tracks. Then, take a short walk up the hill to the winery tasting rooms under the stars. At the winery, you'll get a souvenir wine glass and a selection of wines paired with sweet & savory treats.
