In conjunction with the BCBSAL Kids Marathon, one of the largest and longest running kids' marathon programs in the nation, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama will host a charity fundraising 5K to promote active lifestyle habits and celebrate a dedication to community giving. Run for fun or fundraise before the event for your favorite Alabama non-profit organization! The BCBSAL 5K will start in front of Spain Park High school, loop through renovated Veteran's Park in Hoover, Alabama and end in a spectator-friendly finish on the stadium track. Expect food trucks, beloved sports mascots, great race swag and other family friendly hospitality throughout the day!
