During official practice, competitors may only fish with other competitors per
Rule 3ii.
PRE -TOURNAMENT OFF-LIMITS
There are no tournament waters off-limits. All rules start with official
practice.
TOURNAMENT WATERS
Tournament waters will be Lay Lake and any canals and creeks connecting to Lay Lake. Only water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. Any waters closed to public fishing will be closed to this tournament’s contestants.
