Regions Tradition

The Regions Tradition is one of five major championships on the PGA Tour Champions. This annual event is hosted on Greystone's Founders Course and brings together spectators from across the Southeast each May. Since 1992, the tournament has raised more than $21 million for local charities, with Children's of Alabama serving as the primary beneficiary. The event will take place in 2025 May 14-1.

XTERRA North American Championship

The Barn Burner 10K and Half Marathon

10K The 10K option starts at the Dunnavant Valley Fields (formerly 1996 fields) parking lot, from there the crowd will be thinned out for a quarter mile before hitting the Dunnavant Valley Greenway which parallels the North Fork of Yellow Leaf Creek for 1.9 miles. From there runners will continue through the Highway 41 Trailhead parking lot and run the trail paralleling the highway for only 1/10 of a mile before entering Dunnavant Valley Park. Shortly after that runners will take a hard right on to the new ‘Waterfalls’ trail that is 0.9 miles long, dropping runners onto the Dunnavant Valley service road. Runners have a short jaunt up the road to the trail head of ‘Laurel Loop’. This is also the location of the only aid station. From here runner’s turn around and head back to the start on the same route.
